This Privacy Policy explains how Customer Physics collects, uses, and protects information when you visit customerphysics.com, contact us, or use products made available through the Snowflake Marketplace, including Token Physics.
Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email address, company, role, and message content when you contact us, request access, or communicate with our team.
We may receive limited business contact and account information from Snowflake Marketplace interactions, such as listing inquiries, installation requests, entitlement information, and related marketplace communications.
Our website may collect standard technical information that browsers and hosting providers make available, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and approximate location derived from network information. We do not use this website to collect sensitive personal information.
Support Requests
When you use the support form at customerphysics.com/support, or email [email protected], we collect your email address, the type of request (bug, feature idea, or question), and your message. You may also choose to include your Snowflake cloud and region and a diagnostics block.
Diagnostics are meant to contain only the app and store versions, the names of usage sources that failed, the rate source, and which optional grants are present. Please do not include usage rows, query text, or user names. You do not need to include a Snowflake account identifier. If you paste an account identifier or another identifier, we treat it as part of your request and use it only to investigate and answer that request.
The Send feedback button in Token Physics only opens the support page in a new tab. It does not pass data from your Snowflake account in the address. We use the information you submit only to respond to your request and to improve Token Physics. The form may use spam-protection checks, and our service providers that host the form and deliver email to us process your submission on our behalf.

Token Physics is designed for use within Snowflake. Customer data processed by the app remains in the customer's Snowflake environment unless the customer separately chooses to share information with Customer Physics for support, troubleshooting, implementation, or product feedback.
We do not use customer Snowflake data to train external machine learning models, sell customer data, or provide customer data to unrelated third parties.
How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested information about our products.
- To manage Snowflake Marketplace access, listings, entitlements, and customer communications.
- To provide, support, secure, and improve our website and products.
- To comply with legal, security, accounting, and contractual obligations.
How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, communicate with customers, provide support, manage marketplace activity, or maintain security. These providers are expected to use information only to provide services to Customer Physics.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, security, or integrity of Customer Physics, our customers, Snowflake Marketplace listings, or our products.

Customer Physics is based in the United States. If you access our website or products from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
